Good service process and company They we're able to get me in for a Saturday appointment with only a 3-4 day notice which was great. The service reps are great and easy to work with. They we're able to get me in for a Saturday appointment with only a 3-4 day notice which was great. The service reps are great and easy to work with. They even had a loaner car available so I could do some shopping while they worked on the car. Only 2 issues are 1) their quick alignment assessment doesn't accurately measure your alignment. Initial test said I was significantly off and when they actually did the alignment it was off a very small amount. I was not happy about that. Calibrate your systems better and 2) they gave me my car back and didn't wash it which with the gold service usually happens. They have been a great service company that I do all my Infiniti service with. More

They worked up a resonable quote on the spot and worked me into the schedule to get it done that day. I didnt have to wait long, but they found me a rental car anyways so i could run errands.
