Beyond frustrated with the service department. Unless you love being terribly inconvenienced, I would not recommend this dealership. During my time of owning this vehicle I bring my car in to add Unless you love being terribly inconvenienced, I would not recommend this dealership. During my time of owning this vehicle I bring my car in to address an issue and I leave with the issue temporarily fixed. I go to pick up my vehicle and end up with a new light on my dashboard for an issue that was supposedly fixed 2 months prior. Resulting in them having to bring the vehicle out back again and me now wait in the waiting room. Or better yet, I leave and they say everything is all set and an oil leak was fixed and now end up with a check engine light on my dash..resulting in me having to go back to the dealership a day later. I brought my vehicle in for an oil leak in the beginning of December and I was told that an oil leak was not noticed. Although, I already had paperwork from a Valvoline noting the oil leak. They also stated that my oil tank was overfilled on arrival. Weird, considering Infiniti had been doing my oil changes for over three years. So here we at the end of February and my vehicle started leaking large amounts of oil onto the street. There was also another occasion where they supposedly did an alignment and as I pull out of the dealership and start driving down the road I realize the alignment was worse than it was before. I then had to turn around and wait in the waiting room again for an extended period of time. Also oil and filter changes end up taking over two hours. The service advisors are very kind and patient and I don’t have anything bad to say about them. But whomever is doing the work in the back is not being thorough with their work and putting customers in danger when driving after leaving the service shop. I had called asking to speak with general manager regarding this. I had been fairly patient with these issues over the last few months but this last time really pushed my patience over the edge. More
