Sad that i have to write such a bad review on a prestigious dealership, which is going to be my second disgruntled review in 60 days relating to the service department, i figured with my last negat prestigious dealership, which is going to be my second disgruntled review in 60 days relating to the service department, i figured with my last negative review their customer service skills would have been improved, last month the transmission to my infiniti went out it took almost 3 weeks to fix luckily for me it was under extended warranty, this past monday my vehicle went in for the 2nd time this time my alternator went out and i am being told that the part is on back order, so in the meantime i am making payments for a vehicle sitting in the shop, i am calling on a daily basis to the service department , why do have to keep calling to find out the status and they don’t even pick up their phone, only respond by text and act like i am bothering, i probably would not mind so much much but i can’t even get a loaner vehicle they informed me that i am 13 on the list WOW i really feel lucky i am on the waiting list, I think after my vehicle comes out from repairs i need to search for another vehicle from a whole different dealership, here it is the holiday weekend and no vehicle i have spent money on tows and rental cars Very Disappointed with you Ontario of Infiniti and i will tell my friends not to buy from you More

Tony and Jocelyn, staff are professional and will do their best to make things right! Had the recall notice for my QX50 while it was in their care for transmission service. They notified me there was a their best to make things right! Had the recall notice for my QX50 while it was in their care for transmission service. They notified me there was a recall and installed new engine (zero cost). Additionally, they got me a huge discount on a new transmission. The car is like brand new! Thanks Ontario, you guys are the best! More

0n July 07,2025 in the morning my wife was experiencing mechanical problems with her QX60 , she contacted service and sent a tow truck to pick up her vehicle while the diagnostic technician went over her v mechanical problems with her QX60 , she contacted service and sent a tow truck to pick up her vehicle while the diagnostic technician went over her vehicle, an uber was sent to pick her up at her place of business and take her home, next day it was determined that the transmission had gone out, thank god i purchased the extended warranty, and they would order the parts and car would probably be done by saturday, at which time she asked service department if they had a loaner car available for her because she needs a vehicle to get to work, at which they serviced department said no , so she was forced to rent a vehicle until saturday which service department told her the vehicle will be ready, every day my wife kept calling until friday the end of day still no results, she the received a text from service from employee handling her vehicle stating that her car will not be ready until next week and still no loaner is available for and that she would call her back on tuesday be she will be off until then, what kind of customer service is this couldn’t even have the decency to give her call, the next day saturday morning i called and asked for the service manager, he didn’t pick up his , but i left him a message on his phone, 12pm my wife called back and she was told to come in at 3pm and pick up a loaner, was it too hard to call us and let us no we have to keep calling your service department to get an answer, my wife vehicle was finally finished on monday 7/22/25 when manager informed her about her vehicle be completed, she asked what about the reimbursement for the rental car it in our contract you were supposed to provide us with a car while our vehicle was serviced, service stated sorry we do cannot reimburse you, i thought Infinity was a prestigious car company way above Lexus apparently not More
