Have been serviced with this location for long time. And, SC, BROOKE, she is nice and professional. Everything was great, price going up from $3x to 9x now for oil change service on Q50. One thing I would suggest is for car wash, it can be improved. :) More

I ran over a nail on my way to work while it was raining. When I brought my car in, Brooke ranger quickly acknowledged me in the service drive, and got her team to fix my flat tire very promptly. By the time When I brought my car in, Brooke ranger quickly acknowledged me in the service drive, and got her team to fix my flat tire very promptly. By the time my tire was repaired. It had stopped raining, and my car was dirty, so Brooke had my car washed for me making it look brand new again! Danny Hernandez called as a follow up which was also a nice touch. I’ve had nothing but great service and professional courtesy from the people at Infiniti of Ontario. More
