We brought our 2017 QX50 into Infiniti of Ontario on 2/16/23 for: 1) a scheduled oil/filter change; 2) a rear compartment seat belt issue, and 3) an issue with the steering column turn indicator. The Service Advisor was Mike Longridge, who we have dealt with previously, and once again, he provided excellent Customer Service; he has the ability to quickly establish a very comfortable level of rapport with his easygoing and friendly demeanor, professionalism and his competent knowledge of his product. Mike addressed the seat belt issue himself, corrected the problem, and took the time to show us how we could remedy the issue, should it happen again in the future. He also answered some questions we had re. possible upcoming service issues based on the vehicle's elevated miles, describing the high quality engine installed in our particular model, thus allaying our concerns. The Multi-point vehicle inspection is also much appreciated as it lets us know if other issues are present, and Mike offers recommendations without any high pressure sales pitch. The issue with the turn indicator involves a sporadic "loose-feeling accompanied with a vibration" that refused to present itself at the time of the inspection, preventing any repair, however, Mike assured us he would look at it again if it returned. Our experiences with Mike Longridge @ Infiniti of Ontario will most definitely keep us coming back as long as we own this vehicle. Thanks, Mike...we appreciate your high level of Customer Service. We used to go to the Monrovia dealer - but after it was sold, it went downhill, nothing is as nice as it should be, including the customer service - but at Ontario - it is as an Infiniti dealer should be f sold, it went downhill, nothing is as nice as it should be, including the customer service - but at Ontario - it is as an Infiniti dealer should be from the moment you step on the lot. They fixed a problem creased by the Monrovia dealer quickly and with the utmost care! They washed my car like I had taken it to be detailed!!! We will be coming back to them for sure!! More

Had an issue with my car tire rotation. I don’t believe that they did it right since I have a red sport so they put my front tires in the back and the back tires in the front. Joselyn Santos was very professional and delivered an awesome customer service experience for me. She and the service department were able to find an issue with my car that was still covered under the Po awesome customer service experience for me. She and the service department were able to find an issue with my car that was still covered under the Power Train warranty and had it repaired free of charge. Although it took longer than anticipated, Joselyn made certain I had a loaner car to use during the entire time it took to repair my car. Joselyn also communicated well so I knew what to expect. I am very content with the service that Joselyn and Infiniti of Ontario had provided me. I was also impressed with Joselyn's colleagues, Maritza and Brooke, and how they stepped in to help me when she was off. Thank you ladies! We highly appreciate her and we will always return to this service dept for as long as we live in the I.E. I also regret that this was not the dealer that we financed that car at.
