I have had an Infiniti since 1994. I have always used this dealership for service and for new purchase. The service department is beyond excellent. My service consult Maritza promptly met me. Reviewed what needed to be done. Contacted me with an update. My car was ready when promised and the cost of service more than reasonable. Went in for an oil and filter change, took about 2. 5 hours with an appointment. If you just need oil and filter change, i'd suggest going someplace else. I asked why it took so long, the reply was th 5 hours with an appointment. If you just need oil and filter change, i'd suggest going someplace else. I asked why it took so long, the reply was that they are understaffed and are looking to fill positions. As far as the service, they do attend to you when you get there quick enough, however, it can be pretty pricey. Oil and Filter was about $82.00 with coupon. Brake service they wanted about $750...found some place else where i paid about $350...so saved $400.00. More

Andrew and Tony were just wonderful. My SUV made a horrible fan noise and then smelled like it was burning. The service department at this dealership is impeccable. I’ve owned many different brands, but none compare to the Infiniti brand. I am on my 4th Infiniti from this dealership. I rarely would throw out the term perfect, but the service department here is simply… perfect! The leadership & staff truly demonstrate one collective & cohesively working unit. Together. Never feels like my time wasted as numerous other dealerships have made me feel. Truly grateful for each interaction, and thankful that I am not treated as just a number. Most say you’re a “valued client”, but means nothing! This place…. ;Infiniti service team, different! You all make it convenient, honest, and easy to understand.
