You couldn't ask for a more thorough, courteous advisor than Brooke Ranger. The low rating is for Infiniti, not Brooke. I'm having problems with my screen blacking out on my 2019 QX 60. They had the car than Brooke Ranger. The low rating is for Infiniti, not Brooke. I'm having problems with my screen blacking out on my 2019 QX 60. They had the car for 2.5 weeks and couldn't get the problem to occur so they said there was nothing they could do at this time. I was told to take pictures or video when it occurs (usually on the freeway) but it happens when I'm driving so that would require me to pull over. Again, Brooke is awesome and I have to thank her for all she did. More
