I just wanted to thank Maritza and the Infinity Team for all their hard work! My car was Vandalized by a crazy ex , who had destroyed my beautiful Q60S by shattering my windows, and adding sugar in my all their hard work! My car was Vandalized by a crazy ex , who had destroyed my beautiful Q60S by shattering my windows, and adding sugar in my tank! However there was hope with this team. They took amazing care of my car and restored my vehicle with original parts, it looks brand New!!! Maritza kept me updated with everything, the Tech team also discovered an AirTag Tracking device underneath the back seat of the car, everyone was in shock. So not only did they return my baby like New but they also stopped a psycho from following my every move. I appreciate their hard work ! Most importantly they were transparent with me since day 1 and the vehicle was finished in a timely manner. Thank you very much , keep doing what you do best! we appreciate all of you ! More

Great service, when the extra mile to be sure my car was fixed. Had battery issue, my service writer was sure battery was bad from my description of problems. Infiniti didn’t want to authorize new battery a fixed. Had battery issue, my service writer was sure battery was bad from my description of problems. Infiniti didn’t want to authorize new battery at first, but with further testing battery proved out to be bad. Car was returned to me car and ready to go. More

Service was super slow. Went in for apple car play update was told it was 45-1hour wait. Never got updated after the first hour mark nor the second. Took them 2 hour and 59 minutes to finally let me know it was told it was 45-1hour wait. Never got updated after the first hour mark nor the second.
