Very clean and organized. Tried to schedule my service through their assistant online, you know the one that "pops" when you go on their website. They said they would contact me but nothing ever happened through their assistant online, you know the one that "pops" when you go on their website. I drive 30 min out of the way to have this dealer handle my vehicle needs. They continue to provide excellent service and do what it takes to make sure we have what we need when we leave. I have had the dealer in Tustin tell me something can't be fixed or they can't find the problem. I brought my vehicle to Infiniti of Ontario and they quickly found the problem and resolved it. The communication with the service advisors are clear and frequent. The parts department goes out of their way to make sure I have what I need and if they dont have it they get it ordered for me. Knowing we have such a good dealer to work with for post purchase events we have purchased another Infiniti vehicle to add to our families cars. More
