First bad experience, dropped car off on Friday night for starter issue. Was never called on status, only to call and find out they needed to keep car over weekend. Scheduled an appointment for 10:30, and was told that there was a 90 minute wait for an oil change. At the 2 hour mark, I asked how much longer and was told everyone was at lunch. After lunch I was told there was a 90 minute wait for an oil change. At the 2 hour mark, I asked how much longer and was told everyone was at lunch. After lunch I was told it wouldn't be too much longer. My actual wait time was about 4 hours for an oil change and was told several times it was "almost" done. More
