Stay away from the service department at Ontario Infiniti!!! I took my QX80 in for an issue with my vehicle turning off on the freeway in the middle of driving 60mph and they were awful in servicing Infiniti!!! I took my QX80 in for an issue with my vehicle turning off on the freeway in the middle of driving 60mph and they were awful in servicing the vehicle. They took my vehicle and promised to call and let me know what was wrong with it, however didn’t call for 7 days. On the 7th day they finally returned my calls. They were dismissive, and unprofessional to say the least. They found that I needed a part replaced, and stated they would order the part and call me when it arrived. They never called, so finally, I called them 4 weeks later and they stated to bring the vehicle in and they would replace the part. I brought it in, and called everyday for 6 days, with no update or return call. On the 6th day I called Again, and received a text message in response to my call. They said they never informed me that they would Replace the part. So I picked up my vehicle and it was not repaired. It is still under warranty and they refused to repair the vehicle. Kevin Gonzales my service rep was unprofessional and lacks greatly in communication. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!!! More
