I bought a used Acura RDX ON 10/14/25. I went to my Credit Union, removed the money from MY ACCOUNT and took them the Title for my trade and a Cashiers Check. I have paid for cars before a I went to my Credit Union, removed the money from MY ACCOUNT and took them the Title for my trade and a Cashiers Check. I have paid for cars before and I always received the Title. THIS DEALERSHIP KNEW I WAS GOING TO PAY FOR IT WITH MY MONEY. THEY HAD THE GAUL TO FILE PAPERWORK WITH THE STATE AND PUT A LEIN ON MY CAR!!! I wasted time going to the Tax Collectors office numerous times. They kept referring to them. they kept referring me back to Hanania Infinite. Everytime I called Hanania and told them the problem they DID NOTHING AT ALL TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE. They mailed my TITLE to my Credit Union. My Credit Union contacts me and tells me they don't have any account or record of financing my car. I told them about the incompetence at Hanania. They refused to give me my Title. THEY DECIDED ON THEIR OWN IT WAS FINANCED!! My Credit Union could not believe it. They stated they never heard of ANYTHING like this! Neither have I!! Not one time did Hanania Infinite tell me what they had done, However, I called again on 11/14/25 and spoke to someone. He looked the sale up. He didn't admit there was a lien on it thanks to Hanania. But it stated he saw the problem. it had been processed with a lien. I told them every time I called I DID NOT FINANCE THAT CAR. THEY DID NOT TELL ME AT ANY TIME THEY DECIDED TO PUT A LIEN ON IT!! I have have filed a complaint with the state. If a seller does not release the Title to a car that was paid for there are options that can be taken. I was also advised to call an ATTORNEY. They were and are the most arrogant, rude, outrageous, dishonest and appalling staff at any Dealership I have ever gone to. I DON'T SEE HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS! I would not recommend going to these clowns. You are only going to have problems. More
This is the worst place. They sold me a broken car that no longer starts. They’re not going to reimburse me for the expenses I had to cover because of them. Because of them, my entire schedule was ruined and I’m losing thousands of dollars. Once again, this is the worst place. I’m preparing a case with a lawyer to take them to court. More
Alesksandr Shafiyev is one of the worst sale associates I have ever met he is very unprofessional and lacks enthusiasm. He sold my son a used car, this was my son first car that he purchased on his own and t have ever met he is very unprofessional and lacks enthusiasm. When I went with my son to pick up the car there were about 5 caution lights on from brake system to low tire pressure. So immediately I asked my son did he test drive the car his reply was no because he didn’t have his license at the time, so I asked the sales associate did he know all of these lights were on in the car and he said yes. So I asked why would you sell him this car like that, so my son said he didn’t want the car he replied well you’re not getting your down payment back. However, after talking to the finance manager, Steven Fowler, which was awesome he had the car sent to Service and had everything fixed on the car. While the car was in the shop for three days, we never heard from Alex. I am not advising against going to Infinity, but I would definitely advise you not to work with Alek. He is very unprofessional and does not care about his clients. More

well, it looks like im done and now my husband will is too after getting my car serviced last week. Roger is no longer there. which is sad because he was always nice courteous and helpful. no other cars too after getting my car serviced last week. They said usually but busy with paper work oh so I guess paper work is more important then your customers. ok. then I go to pay my bill at $150 plus for a oil change! I had a card that i get in the mail I was told years ago to save them because they will honor them it was one for $49.95. alot better then $150 right!?? Mike said I was killing him and would give me $25 off Whoopee! I have a stack of those too! Thanks for the hook up mike! smh AND on top of all that-they couldnt wash my car because of some excuse and would get me next time no thanks there will be no next time More
Went in to check out a truck and sat down with our salesman ABDUL he was wonderful but the finance manager Mr. Hanania was horrible, We never even made it to the credit application before leaving. My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle this dealership. Our salesman Jerry was outstanding! I had a stellar experience with the vehicle I purchased. But watch out for the $4000.00 worth of up-charges. Also finance somewhere else and get better interest rates. And don’t be leave anything your told other than there’s air in the tires. I love the vehicle but I got lowballed on my trade and forced to accept up-charges. Turned the advertised price upside down by $12,000 by the end of the deal. I do love my new vehicle but I really got the shot end. If I could do it all again: 1.
