I have had issues with Infiniti consumer affairs and Infiniti of Suitland. I have 2022 QX60. Since I have bought my car I have been having issue with the touch screen in the car where it has gotten stuck, the Bluetooth in the car has gotten stuck, my screen has also blacked out on me twice while driving it. I took it to the dealer twice and had it taken again on 12/18/2023 for a certified mechanic to examine after speaking to Infiniti Consumer affairs a few times, speaking to two case managers and speaking to a regional manager about my issues. After speaking to the each one the certified technician and the techs at Infiniti of Suitland told me they can not duplicate the problem and there is nothing that they can do about my car and made it seem like I was crazy and there is nothing wrong with my car. One of the techs sat in the car with me while the car disconnected from my phone. I'm so frustrated and disheartened by this entire process. Between my husband and I we have bought 10 cars from Infiniti, 9 from Suitland. I have three videos proving issues with my car. I'm hurt by this experience and refuse to buy another Infiniti ever again. I will say Charente, Anthony and Kevin have great customer service, they always tried to help. More
Attempted bait and switch by denying use of their coupon that benefited customer for one that would have been more costly; that didn't pass the common sense test by a rude condensing check-in clerk. Zero stars! 3 visits & $4,000 later, same issue, no resolution! I came and went to this dealership for service because the engine light came on as well as the 3 visits & $4,000 later, same issue, no resolution! I came and went to this dealership for service because the engine light came on as well as the "AWD High Temp/Stop vehicle" warning. After negotiating a ridiculous $6,000 bill to nearly $4,000, minutes upon leaving, the AWD warning light came on and went off within seconds. Though it was near close of business, I stopped the vehicle and called the dealership. I was told to return the vehicle if the warning reappeared. It did the very next morning, so I went for another visit. I then met Brian with whom I also mentioned that an ashtray full of change had been STOLEN, but that was the least of the upcoming issues I would face. Although I paid for tire rotation, they neglected to adjust the psi of each tire, so Brian ensured that they did and claimed that was the reason for the warning. The warning continued to appear intermittently (every 50 - 75 miles or so), staying on about 10 seconds before going out again, so I went for a 3rd visit. After this visit, again I was given numerous reasons as to why the warning continued to appear which was provided on a vehicle report which now had a page and a half of "immediate issues". Initially my ONLY immediate issues after paying 4k was 2 filter changes and 2 fluid flushes. For a "dealership", being provided a loaner wasn't possible 2 of the 3 visits according to Charnett (service rep), but I continued to return hoping that they would figure out the problem. After my 3rd visit, Charnett explained a lie of my "tires" being different sizes, thus causing the problem. I literally argued that this was a lie, but what can I do when clearly, I can read numbers on tires that I had for nearly a year already, but someone claims that they differ? I reached out to the corporate office after my 2nd visit which was pointless because they only ensured that the dealership communicated promptly after I complained that since my 1st visit, I could not connect with the manager nor the woman that initially worked with me, nor could I even get a response from anyone after leaving several messages as days passed. After 3 weeks of back and forth to the dealership, it was then relayed by corporate that it wasn't my tire sizes, but tire "treads" that varied. Noone has been able to tell me why all the other issues were named if this was the true issue although the explanations became more senseless. By the time I received the new lie relayed by corporate, I had obtained two 2nd opinions, to include a Nissan dealership, and both confirmed what I already knew...that Infiniti of Suitland misdiagnosed my vehicle. I had to pay to have my vehicle fixed elsewhere after three visits of having the same problem but different reasons each visit with Infiniti of Suitland. These employees are NOT competent, professional, nor are they trustworthy! More

He took the time to listen to my concerns, answered questions I had, and once service was complete, he thoroughly explained the results. Once receiving my car, not only was it washed, but it was vacuumed as well! I was not expecting this, but it was much needed so I was very grateful! Thanks to everyone for a pleasant experience. More
Do not trust this dealership and their staff with your vehicle. I had my vehicle serviced there recently and encountered numerous issues and errors they avoid to take accountability for. In addition, I was gaslighted continuously and met with aggressive, hostile, dismissive and evasive behavior by Brian Yeager, Isa Williams, Kevin Seivwright, and Bobbie Allen. The customer service is very poor and the technician that worked on my vehicle was very inadequate. More
The Service Department and Mimi's collaboration and explanations to me about follow-ups were succinct enough for me to consider subsequent work. I always like dealing with her for my service needs. Passport infinity I have been a customer with Passport Infinity of Suitland for over eight years. I have two Infinities, a QX 80 and M 35x. I take both vehicles there for service. The customer service sta Infinity of Suitland for over eight years. I have two Infinities, a QX 80 and M 35x. I take both vehicles there for service. The customer service staff, Kevin, Mimi and Bobby, and the mechanic, Jeremiah are AWESOME. They have good customer service skills. I can’t say that about their service manager, Brian. I had both vehicle service on November 3, 2022. I order some ties for my M 35, Brian, the service manager gave me a figure, and he was aware that I wanted the special, buy three get one for a dollar. so. I paid for the tires and a four wheel alignment in advance, November 3,2022. I had them put on November 7, 2022. After they put on the new tires, Brian, the service manager had Bobby to tell me I need to pay an extra $500.00 dollars because the ties was not part of the special. I talked to Brian before they install the tires about another issue, he never said anything to me about it. He waited until the new tires was installed to ask for the extra money. I refused to pay him. He told me to have a seat and they are going to takeoff the new tires and put my old tires back on. I have heard people say, the staff is just as good as their leader. Not in this case. The staff have better customer service skills than their manager. Infinity do a great job with customer service training for the staff, and a poor job with customer service training for their manager. Passport Infinity of Suitland has lost a customer. I will not return there again. More
