I drove out of my way just to get my car serviced by Davin DeGraca because I know he is an exceptio I brought my car in for a 60K service on my EX35. I drove out of my way just to get my car serviced by Davin DeGraca because I know he is an exceptional service consultant. He always surprises me on how well he takes care of me and my car. He put me in a new QX60 loaner car because I wanted to "test drive" a SUV, gave me a BRAND NEW throttle body out of warranty instead of just cleaning it to make sure "dying on start" issue was fixed, and even contacted factory to see if they can restore a cosmetic damage another infiniti dealer had caused free of charge. Davin always went far far and way beyond his job description every time I had the pleasure of dealing with him and I would recommend friends, family, coworkers AND strangers to this dealership and Davin!
