I can’t say enough positive things about the folks at Faulkner Infiniti of Willow Grove! Starting with Cameron (I think was his name), who greeted me when I walked in the door, to Nick Arnott, my salesma Faulkner Infiniti of Willow Grove! Starting with Cameron (I think was his name), who greeted me when I walked in the door, to Nick Arnott, my salesman, who asked me a lot of questions so that he really understood my needs and wants before he even started showing me cars, to Joe the store’s manager, who was willing to search for the car I thought I wanted (even though it would’ve been an older cheaper car than what I originally went in for), to Joe the finance manager, who went at my pace when we were finally getting my transaction done. Every person was stand-up and straight forward, yet also kind and interested in my needs, not just a sale. I had such a great experience that I’m actually leaving the Faulkner Infiniti license plate holder on my car because I had such a great experience (and, trust me, in all my years of buying cars, I have never done left any dealer information in my cars - I even peel off the stickers with the car dealers’ name if it’s on the car). But I had a seamless, easy experience at Faulkner Infiniti in Willow Grove - good location, great selection or cars and decent people. And let me tell you how much I love my 2026 Infiniti QX60!! Beautiful car - inside and out. I feel safe in it and I couldn’t be happier! More

Last week I got a QX55. Nick Arnott was my salesman. He couldn’t have been kinder. He was not like the typical salesperson. Not high pressure in anyway. I brought my car I just purchased last week in for washer sensor to be replaced . I had full warranty with Blue Advantage ( bumper to bumper ) . The place that I bought the car was North Jersey and they sai sensor to be replaced . I had full warranty with Blue Advantage ( bumper to bumper ) . The place that I bought the car was North Jersey and they said I could bring it anywhere for service. Your guy told me he didn’t know if they accepted that warranty. He would have to call but to do the diagnostic it would be $200. And not sure it would be covered. he said I would have to pay the $200 to do the diagnostics and then call the warranty which didn’t make sense. Also, I needed a key fob reprogrammed. He said that would be another $200 for diagnostic. He was not willing to call the warranty company. So I left.. I called the warranty company when I got home and they said I was fully covered while I took it to a Ford dealership to be fixed. Very disappointed as I would’ve liked to have service from an infinity dealership for my QX 80. I won’t be back More
