very attentive staff and super friendly!!!!! I have never been so impressed with customer service! My experience was outstanding from beginning to end. I was greeted with a smile by everyone. And we all know at the end of the day, everyone is stressed and ready to go home! I was very worried about the diagnosis of my car as I am having financial difficulties right now. My mechanic gave me a list of what I needed in order of priority and didn't pressure me to do any work. In addition, I was given a car so that I would not miss any work.Jim Minella was my mechanic and he was super friendly. When i came to pick up my car, at least 3 people asked if they could help me. Quite honestly, my neighbor and my cousin are both mechanics. I thought that after my car was paid off and my warranty ran out, I would stop going to the dealership. Great Service I want to give kudos to Mike Hunsinger. I had a flat tire and although I had no appointment, I was greeted and taken care of. The tire my car requir I want to give kudos to Mike Hunsinger. I had a flat tire and although I had no appointment, I was greeted and taken care of. The tire my car required was not in stock and Mike drove to Henrietta and picked it up. Literally he went the 'extra mile' for a sale that was under $150. Have now purchased 3 cars from Ide and have had wonderful service. I will keep coming back. More

Fix wipers Everyone was so helpful since this was my first time. The minute I drove in a very nice young man (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) immediately came Everyone was so helpful since this was my first time. The minute I drove in a very nice young man (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) immediately came over and took me to the service desk. Mike was great and when I was done, he showed me how to open my gas and front hood doors. The blades were under warranty since my car had 683 miles on it (I got it on Dec 10 but have not driven much due to my recent surgery). I definitely will return to Ide Honda for any future service for my FIT. I also received a follow-up call and again I can't remember her name but she was great.
