“Used cars aren’t perfect” was what I heard when I complained about the unacceptable state the white Ford Transit 250 high-roof cargo van was in with only 3 of 4 functional doors. It was van I had already explained was to be used for a camper conversion in one of two phone conversations prior to driving 2.5 hours to take it home.There’s a difference between not perfect and non functional. Our salesperson Tammy Bishop was so helpful in finding us a new car for our grandson that we drove 90 minutes to pickup the car.
