It's never easy to decide on a vehicle. Imperial made it fun, quick and took care of our needs. What else can I say? Go see Gary G. he was our salesman and we give him five stars, too. After buying two cars for my family from Paul , I brought my 86 year old R to see Paul because I knew he would take good care of her. My aunt is very particular she knew she wanted a four-door sedan clean wi my 86 year old R to see Paul because I knew he would take good care of her. My aunt is very particular she knew she wanted a four-door sedan clean with low mileage, the color, silver or gray and wasn’t going to budge from the price. She was willing to pay Paul Fonda exactly what she was looking for at a price that made her happy right down to the color silver Paul is friendly, easy-going, impatient, and doesn’t try to get you into a car you can’t afford. I will continue to buy cars from Paul as long as he keeps selling them. More

Update: Brad the sales manager reached out and corrected the situation. I appreciate the way the situation was handled after the deal. Would return Unfortunate experience almost all the way around on the situation. I appreciate the way the situation was handled after the deal. Would return Unfortunate experience almost all the way around on not one. But two vehicle purchases. October 2022. I purchased a 2021 gmc Yukon slt. Roughly 67,000$. Upon inspection the radio did not work. Was told it’s a few days it will be fixed. Just an amp. I was told not a big deal at all. It’s just the radio. So I went on with the purchase. Drove home. And realized the amp controlled most of the safety features and all of the notifications on the vehicle. So I called back to check on part. Was told “bad news , parts on national back order”. I was baffled from point of sale this part was a few days out to now it’s on national back order. This is all understandable. But very poor delivery of the discrepancy on the vehicle. This was eventually made right February of 2023. (Brad the sales manager as passionate as he is, had my back from the jump and offered to put me in another vehicle comparable to this one. And I appreciated that olive branch. Hence going back ) Fast forward to today. One week ago I went back thinking what the heck they deserve another shot. I purchased my son a 2019 gmc terrain for 21,000 $. Certified pre owned with the extended CPO warranty. All went smooth. Until the set day for pickup was squashed because my insurance company never received the drive paperwork. Come to find out the dealership had been sending my paperwork to the wrong number. And the only way this was discovered was I had to call both my insurance and my sales person. Once this was resolved they deliver the car. Today. With a rejection sticker ?! And only one key. After I was told by the finance manager I was going to receive a second key. So a few hours later. I receive a call back from the sales manager. Or one of the sales managers Mr. Ayaz. Very firmly and directly continued to tell me because the finance manager they had me go to was a Chrysler finance manager. He was misinformed about the key situation and Chevrolet CPO vehicles don’t need to come with a spare key. He also continues to talk to me like a child and says “well this is what I get for having you go to the Chrysler finance manager so you don’t have to wait 1+ hours. Next time I’ll just let you wait”. I said what in the world are you saying. We are two men having a conversation and you’re talking to me like I’m an idiot. After he said they are not obligated to provide me a key they could sell me a new one at cost. At this point it’s not about the money for me. It’s about the statement from an employee of imperial telling me I’m going to get a spare key then never recovering one. I then ask if it’s standard practice for this business to allow customers to take possession of the newly purchased vehicles with rejection inspection stickers. He said yes. Most customers prefer to drive themselves to let the computers reset and then we reimburse for the reinspection. After almost $90,000 in vehicles purchased from this dealership in 8 months. I will never return. I hope all outbound calls are recorded as well as inbound. If so this would be a great lesson for management to teach on. More
We came to Imperial Chevrolet after having been burned by a dealership we had a decade+ long loyal relationship with. I was intimidated to "re-enter the field" in terms of finding an auto dealer I could trus a dealership we had a decade+ long loyal relationship with. I was intimidated to "re-enter the field" in terms of finding an auto dealer I could trust, but the move was necessary. We met Paul Macchi while we were browsing in the parking lot and by the end of the day while we had not found a vehicle we wanted, we were determined to find one we would be able to purchase through Paul at Imperial. I'm happy to report that within the week we were able to locate and settle on a vehicle that met our needs and our budget - and could be purchased through Paul. He was great throughout the process - we were able to ask straightforward questions and receive honest answers. I look forward to building a loyal relationship with Imperial and recommend Paul Macchi to all looking at vehicles at the Imperial dealerships. More
