I have bought many vehicles out of state in my years. After choosing the vehicle I i wanted they raised the price almost $1000 which was for ELT and an installed LO JACK system that was not requested. The advertised price mentioned nothing about the vehicle being $1000 higher than advertised. Reading the reviews I see this has been done before. Shady things makes you wonder what else they are shady about. Would not trust them. They should read the laws of North Carolina. More

I was recently working on a deal with them. The manager made a mistake and sent an offer that apparently had too low of an interest rate. About 2 minutes later I get a text saying they sold the truck to a customer who had come in. Shady. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Be careful of the final deal and the numbers. Lots of hidden unexplained fees. I bought from out of state and was charged at the end, extra fees for the registry . No choice but to pay it I'm 600 miles away. They included a 2nd doc fee on the estimation. For what??? We agreed on a price which was $500 less than listed. They included 1 year of LoJack but put a zero next to it. When they got the check they said it was removed from the deal, that's not what we agreed on. They said the sales manager was giving me 3 years of LoJack was the misunderstanding that never happened, even thou I have it in writing. Be very , very, careful finance guy Luis was not pleasant to deal with. To bad I actually thought things were going to go smoothly in the beginning. BEWARE!!!! More
