After speaking with the sales rep James specifically last night that he will have the car that I would like to test drive ready for me when I come in in the morning I reached him in the morning at 10:30. I’m about an hour away And he said he’ll be right back and I waited 30 minutes and that’s not having the car ready for me. I left after 30 minutes and I got a voicemail saying like oh I’m sorry you disappointed you wait 30 minutes kinda like sarcastically and it might be 30 minutes of his time but I drove an hour each way and waited 30 minutes and accomplished nothing Looks like I will be purchasing a car elsewhere with that being said - I get my car service there all the time and spend lots of money at that dealership so I am very under impressed. I’ve been a loyal customer here since 2016, and they still managed to completely take advantage of me. They misdiagnosed a “hairline crack” in my coolant reservoir, and shortly after that repair I discovered I was driving with almost no coolant. When I went back a week later, suddenly the issue was a leaking water pump. They quoted me 12 hours of labor, yet the job was finished in less than a day — which makes you wonder what actually happened behind the scenes. More recently, they performed a major timing chain job but never mentioned the oil gallery gasket, a well‑known failure point on the VQ37 at my mileage. The timing cover was already off, and recommending it would have saved me another 6–7 hours of labor later. Instead, they let me walk out knowing I’d be back for another expensive repair. When I reached out for a resolution, I was ignored completely. No accountability, no follow‑up. Andrew, who handled my service for years and is now the manager, didn’t respond either. This dealership does not have your best interest in mind. They miss critical issues, push unnecessary repairs, and leave you paying for the consequences. Stay far away. More

We feel disrespected and undervalued as customers. They are charging higher monthly payments than what it should be. They also acknowledge the mistake, however, they do not want to correct it. It is unbelievable. It is shocking that a reputable organization like this would handle such a straightforward issue with avoidance tactics and inadequate solutions. More
The Service Department at Infiniti of West Chester is unmatched. We have purchased Mercedes, Volvo, Acura and BMW from the other local dealerships and honestly wouldn't even consider another brand after unmatched. Who thought that taking your car in for service could be such a pleasure and feel like you are popping in to see a friend who happens to be able to fix your car. It's an amazing feeling, so if you are looking for a Service Team that out shines it's local competitors, then you need to stop in and check this place out! More

The text conversation was anonymous and between several different people without me having clarity on who I was speaking to. The service is curt and rude at times. Over the phone I thought that I was quoted 6% APR; I requested it in writing. When I came to purchase the car that I wanted the APR was 7.84%. I have tier 1 credit and would have considered 0% and 5.99% offers with more weight had I known that the offer was over 7%. I plan to pay it off quickly to avoid the interest, but I just felt like something was off. I think that the dealership added a significant amount of their own percentage points. I liked the pre-owned car that they had for sale better than some others on the market , so I purchased it, but I would never consider buying from them again primarily because of Jay and Mark. They seemed to have no respect or appreciation for their customers. More
