MegaVan is making my family happy. After a few weeks of shopping around, we went back to IAG and bought the 2008 Chevy Express with under 16,000 miles, for our family of seven. Steve worked on the price with me (five stars!) and the buying experience was great. During the paperwork signing, our kids hung out with Bobby's little boy who was there, and we felt totally welcome with all our children. (Again, this in contrast to other dealers we've been to that were less than kid-friendly). When there was an embarrassing hiccup in the process (one of us had an expired driver's license), Steve was understanding and kind about it and simply rescheduled us to complete the paperwork once we'd renewed the license the following day. Everything worked out fine in the end. ... Since the purchase, our mechanic gave the van a clean bill of health, remarking how impressed he was on the condition and low miles, and we've taken two big road trips, one to Pittsburgh, PA, and one to the Bethany Beach, in Southern Delaware. The van served us very well and made for the most comfortable trips we've had all summer. No complaints. ... I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Our new van should hold us for some years to come, but as I told Steve, we might be back in a few years when my oldest turns 16 and is ready for wheels of his own. More

My husband had a Mercury Mariner that was supposed to be given to her this year for that purpose. Unfortunately in Dec '13 the transmission blew. Mr. Burns was so kind and reccomended someone who rebuilt and installed it at a very reasonable cost. This dealership sure does have integrity. I was looking for a car for my daughter, one that would be reliable and safe for her to drive to school. I had to stay in budget and was having difficulty finding the right car. Bob worked really hard to help me and was so helpful. He recommended a 2006 Saturn ION. After almost a year, the car has had no issues and is running great. He promised me a good car and he delivered. I trust him and look forward to working with them again when it comes time to find a car for my son. I would highly recommend them to anyone. More

I noticed there was an issue with the car with in a few days of driving the car. I initially just contacted Bobby cause he talked about who he had look at it prior and wanted to know if I should take it to the same place. He told me immediately to bring it in and not only kept it until it was in perfect driving condition, but because he knew there was the slight issue at the purchase date, he put me in a rental AND took care of the bill! .... INTEGRITY= adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty. ABSOLUTELY! I WILL be recommending them to friends and family and will be buying from them when its time for our children to purchase their cars. Thank you Integrity Auto! More

A friend because of what he DIDN'T sell me.. Bobby is a friend of mine from my neighborhood so when I recently began to have what I thought might be major issues with my 10 year old minivan, I to Bobby is a friend of mine from my neighborhood so when I recently began to have what I thought might be major issues with my 10 year old minivan, I told him I think we need a new car. He took a look at the dealer estimate for the repair and called his mechanic he uses for his dealership. Told me to see if they agreed with the dealer's assessment and if so, we'd start looking for a new vehicle. Bobby stood to make more money if I bought a car through him but was willing to make no money if his mechanic was cheaper. And, the mechanic diagnosed the problem to the tune of a few hundred bucks, vs, $1400 from the dealer. Although his main business is larger commercial type trucks, he can help you get any type of car because of his connections in the business. We decided on the repair for now but I will certainly go back to him when we need a new car. The name of his business is his reputation, Intergrity and he has integrity. I even tried to use him for my company vehicle and although that didn't pan out, I will certainly keep him in mind for any future auto needs my company may have. More
