New tires for my 2013 Envoy I purchased my car at Integrity. I have had all maintenance handled by them, as the previous owner had done. My last visit to them was to have new t I purchased my car at Integrity. I have had all maintenance handled by them, as the previous owner had done. My last visit to them was to have new tires put on my car in January. While driving home I realized that the car was pulling to the right. When I arrived home I called Integrity and told them what was happening. They apologized and I made an appointment to take the car back to rectify the problem. I have been very impressed with the service department. They are very knowledgeable, very professional and friendly. I will not take my car to anyone else. I feel just because I am a single woman that they will not take advantage of me. More

Completely satified I can not expess enought how the service department went out of there way to resolve my issue. They worked for days and even after my truck was out of I can not expess enought how the service department went out of there way to resolve my issue. They worked for days and even after my truck was out of warrenty covered the cost of repairing at 100% to fix it. The service writer and manager was willing to do whatever it took to make me happy. Dead battery Car only has 9,000 miles on it and battery went down twice.
