Horrible experience with their finance department and General Manager, Chad. My family has bought five cars from here. We moved to Tennessee and traded in a car we bought from a Kia dealership here, wh General Manager, Chad. My family has bought five cars from here. We moved to Tennessee and traded in a car we bought from a Kia dealership here, where we had a fabulous experience. We need a refund on our gap insurance, and I have been trying for three weeks to get someone to help me. I talked to one finance person, finally, after going online and cancelling my gap insurance myself, explaining to him that the dealership has to give me the refund. I asked if he needed my new address since I didn't want the check sent to my old house, and he didn't take it. He said he would handle it, but I got one phone call and one email with no information. I have emailed and called and no response from him. I then called the GM several times and emailed him, no return call at all. Horrible customer service. It shouldn't be this hard to get a refund on gap insurance sent to me. If I owed them money, they would be all over me. I have family and friends still in Illinois, and I will recommend not to get a car from there. So disappointed. I plan to take more actions to get this refund since they won't help one of their customers. More
