John Schultz is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL person I have encountered in my entire life. I do mean my entire life. He and the majority of the International Kia staff needs to take a course on customer servic encountered in my entire life. I do mean my entire life. He and the majority of the International Kia staff needs to take a course on customer service. I came in for a an oil change that I'd spoken with someone about previously about an issue that was stated to have been approved by the manager only to arrive in the service department and they would not and DID NOT honor what'd agreed to on the phone. They are extremely rude to the customers and when the customer returns the rudeness, you're put out of the dealership. I'd ride a donkey to my destinations before I do business with the donkeys at this place again!!!!! EVERY experience after the exchange of money with this dealership has been a MAJOR headache. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN PAST THESE UNPROFESSIONAL MORONS!!! More
Update: As of June of 2022, Their service department has yet to successfully repair the air conditioning system after four attempts. Each time we were charged $240 for diagnostics even though it was under t yet to successfully repair the air conditioning system after four attempts. Each time we were charged $240 for diagnostics even though it was under the service guarantee warranty and they denied responsibility the last 3 times. If they properly diagnosed all the issues instead of the first easiest, the air conditioning would continue to work. The General Manager Chad Marshall has yet to contact me to discuss this situation and their Service Manager Amanda Martinez has made it personal by telling us they have a "file" on us and they shouldn't have allowed us to bring in the vehicle even though it was still under service guarantee. We were banned from returning to the dealership and threatened with the police if we did. This is how they treat their customers. All we wanted was the air conditioning properly fixed and instead they put a band-aid on the cheapest fix to get us out the door. After that, we were refused any responsibility and bullied if when we complained about it. More
Dealer and brand are awful. Acknowledged that work was under warranty then refused to complete work because their computer system was down for a couple months. Their service department is incompetent and will charge you for diagnostic fees even if under warranty or when you have the work done. They were unable to fix my air conditioning 3 times last year under wa you for diagnostic fees even if under warranty or when you have the work done. They will make up reasons to deny any responsibility on the work they have done. I have never had a worse experience with a car under warranty. More
We scheduled a service apt. 30 days in advance. We asked if we could drop the car off on Saturday for our Monday apt and would be provided with a loaner. We were assured that it would be "no problem" We cal if we could drop the car off on Saturday for our Monday apt and would be provided with a loaner. We were assured that it would be "no problem" We called the Wednesday before to verify the apt, drop off on Sat. and loaner and again were assured it was all set. When we went to drop the car on Sat. we were told the loaner car would be available on Monday. When I explained that I had called twice and was assured at each time we would have a loaner n Sat. The excuse was "someone must have entered it into the computer wrong" I understand mistakes can happen the part that is really disappointing is the service rep made no attempt to help solve the problem. So either we were lied to on 3 separate occasions or they are incompetent. We left with our car. Very disappointing More
This dealer made us never want to buy a KIA again we have a 2019 Kia Sorento and this dealer is near our house so we made a appointment to get oil change and some other things looked at. Alicia had a attitude and told me each item could cost us 150 each if the technician could not produce the same problem. This is why we bought KIA because the warranty and we also bought the extended warranty and the tire warranty which she said does not cover anything they told us. She told us to bring it to where we bought the car as we would have bought it there but they would not give us the true car price so that is the only reason we went to another dealer. after Alicia and her service manager who refused to come out DAN Freitag who hid in the back..she literally had the worst customer service. She definitely had a attitude and then she talked to her General Manager and would not let me talk so I went up in front and Talked to Chad Marshall did not realize at the time he was the GM he was also disrespectful and rude ..DO NOT BUY A KIA, IF YOU DO definitely do not purchase from INTERNATIONAL KIA OF ORLAND..... great customer experience I worked with Kayla, salesperson and John, the manager at Volvo at this dealership. rudest customer service ever This dealership has the rudest personnel and obviously they don't care about their customer service. I had to call 3 or 4 different times to get a oil change scheduled and find out how much it is to be transferred from one person to the next into the next. When I finally got ahold of somebody they take your information and then transfer you to a voicemail where nobody exists. I had to deal with an extremely nasty and rude telephone girl and when I finally got ahold of Mike the general manager he basically believe the lies of his employees that I was swearing at them supposedly ironically I never swear in my life so that obviously didn't happen. He then claimed that there was nobody above him so he must own that dealership and he must not have any bosses and even told me if I wanted to file a complaint above him I can just figure it out on my own. Excellent service department Effortless drive right in thru service marked door on set up appointment time.Was greeted by get to the point knowledgeable service writer.was told I Effortless drive right in thru service marked door on set up appointment time.Was greeted by get to the point knowledgeable service writer.was told I would get an answer to my check eng light problem in an hour,I was called in just a little over an hour with the code 0713 which was a trans oil temp sensor and that warranty covered it and was already in the process of being changed and that it should be done in about 3 hours more.He called me promptly when it was done to pick it up.When I picked it up the service writer actually knew the technical problem explained it and gave me the keys.My car was returned to me cleaned inside and out....I have never been compelled to write a review to where i actually wrote it positive or negative before. More
