We bought a 4x4 truck and had a trade in, we thought we would get robbed on both, but much to our surprise our deal was awesome. We got better than trade in value for our trade, and a great price on our purchase, our financing package was excellent. They fought aggressivly to get our rate and payments where we needed them.. Excellent finance team.. You must do some research before buying a car, we dealt with the internet dept and Harry...We would buy definately buy there again..

My Review of Internet Auto Rent & Sales:
We had a fantastic buying experience there.. You have to deal with the internet dept and not the traditional salespeople.. Also, you must do some homework before going to any car dealership or it could be trouble for you.
We bought a nice SUV, got a great price, the vehicle was in excellent condition and the service dept did a great job with inspections. I would highly recommend this dealership for a used vehicle but make sure you go thru the internet dept..

Filled out online credit app. Told them what we wanted and what we had to trade in. They called me back and said that they got our info and it was no problem and could get us what we wanted. Traveled 92 miles oneway to buy a SUV. When we got there they pulled my file, looked at my trade-in and then told me they did not know if they could help me. Sales person acted like I was second class and sent me to another used car dealer. Said he would call that dealer and let them know I was coming. Got there and they had no clue what I was talking abought. I was up front and honest with them. Wish they could have done the same with me.

My Review of Internet Auto Rent & Sales:
I thought they were nice at first. They led me to one car and basically tried to get me to look at just that one and told me there were no other cars that the bank would finance me for. Then I take the car. I got insurance through the company because it was supposedly cheaper than what i was paying for. They told me that would be my monthly charge for insurance. Later I found out it was just a company that worked with internet auto. After thinking I would be able to afford the insurance, I found out it was 3 times as much as they told me it would be. Then I was also told the bank said I needed both gap insurance and the extended warranty. The gap insurance part was true, but the extended warranty wasnt. I think it was lucky i got it anyways because I had to take it into the shop just one month later. The steering went out and I had them supposedly fix it. The car was with them for one week and then I got it. Now the steering is out again and I have to take more time out of my schedule to take it down again. I just cant believe a company can be so bad. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership and I hope they see this note.
