I purchased from Interstate Ford because they had the exact car I wanted. That said, it wasn’t for lack of trying elsewhere—Lebanon Ford, Cronin Ford, and Dave Arbogast Ford all had salespeople who were exact car I wanted. That said, it wasn’t for lack of trying elsewhere—Lebanon Ford, Cronin Ford, and Dave Arbogast Ford all had salespeople who were fantastic to work with; they just didn’t have the vehicle I was after. Unfortunately, the salesperson I worked with at Interstate, Charles, had all the personality and sales ability of a cardboard box. There was no enthusiasm, warmth, or genuine effort to make me feel like a valued customer. Once the deal was “done,” things went downhill quickly. After everything was agreed upon, I sat for roughly three hours waiting to finalize paperwork and pick up the car. There were no clear updates, no urgency—just a lot of sitting and wondering what was going on. Before I left, Charles pressured me to give him a glowing score on the Ford dealer survey, explaining that’s how he got paid. I didn’t feel comfortable doing that without some reflection, so I waited and submitted an honest response instead. Shortly after, Charles called me to chastise me for how I answered the survey rather than attempting to address any of the concerns I raised. That call reinforced my impression that the dealership’s focus is on appearances, not accountability or customer satisfaction. When I later returned to pick up floor mats, the interaction was equally disappointing. Charles didn’t greet me, shake my hand, or thank me—he simply handed me the mats and walked away. It was another clear sign that customer care ends the moment the sale is complete. I’ll admit I became frustrated at that point, but after multiple missed chances to make things right, it felt justified. From the sales manager down, the culture I experienced was indifferent at best. The only bright spot was that they had the car I wanted; everything else made me wish I’d been able to buy from one of the other dealerships that actually treated me like a customer. Summary: The vehicle inventory brought me in, but the customer service will keep me from returning. More
Tyler and the dealership treated me great. It took us a while to get to the finish line, but Tyler was very patient and answered all of my questions. Happy with my Bronco sport so far. Buyer Beware. I cannot over exaggerate the nightmarish experience I’ve had since purchasing a used car from this place earlier this year. The Kia’s engine died les I cannot over exaggerate the nightmarish experience I’ve had since purchasing a used car from this place earlier this year. The Kia’s engine died less than 6 months after I I purchased it. The extended warranty that the dealership game me denied the claim. A KIA dealership replaced the engine. I drive it less than a mile. It completely stopped. Now I’m being told that the alternator/ starter didn’t work. Now I’m out more than 6 grand after having to purchase another car less than 7 months after buying from those folks. Salesman Jeff Weatherly told me that if “anything goes wrong with this car,” to please call. Well I did. This dealership did nothing to help me. They simply didn’t care. They refused to even help me pay for a rental for the 6+ weeks I had no car. They offered me no compensation for the fact that I purchased a Lemon. They did absolutely nothing to help a customer who purchased a car in good faith. I’m beyond upset. I’m angry and disappointed. As a former tv news journalist, I have seen these kinds of things happen before to others. Never in a million years did I ever think I’d be in this position. Everything is fine until there’s a problem. Then no one cares that you’re out thousands of dollars. I still cannot believe this happened or how I was treated. Interstate: you should be ashamed of yourselves. I would never buy a used car, or any car, from you again. .You didn’t honor your word. I can’t even trust you to do the right thing. Please save yourself from what I went through and go someplace else. Someone got a commission, and I got was screwed. 1 More

I recently purchased a 2014 cadillac cts coupe from them. I was told that the car had just had a pre delivery inspection done on it and it was good to go with a 6 month power train warranty. I got it home I was told that the car had just had a pre delivery inspection done on it and it was good to go with a 6 month power train warranty. I got it home on day one and found that it was missing the oil dipstick and tube and there is an open hole in the side of the block going to the oil pan. They told me not to drive it and they towed it back to the dealership. They then contacted me and said they have one on order and that they could not do anything about extending the warranty because of there screw up. I was also later told that there was never an actual inspection done on the car. UPDATE... they have offered to take the car back. I'm now in the process of getting a return check and getting the paperwork switched back over. Travis the sales manager has been very understanding of the situation and seems to be working to resolve this issue. I wish they would have worked with me on extending the warranty after I discovered there mistake cause I really liked the car but they said they couldn't do that after the purchase was made. More
