I've spent a LOT of money at their service department on my truck. I quit going there for service because it was so freaking expensive. On a lark I decided to get a quote from them on front pads and rotor my truck. I quit going there for service because it was so freaking expensive. On a lark I decided to get a quote from them on front pads and rotors and I even told them that I MAY be a returning customer. Did'nt seem to matter, the quote I got was a hundred dollars MORE than the one I already had which I thought was high as well. More

I was having issues with my 2001 VW Jetta leaking power steering fluid. After riding around for a few months with the power steering fluid in my car and constantly refilling it, my friend told me about so steering fluid. After riding around for a few months with the power steering fluid in my car and constantly refilling it, my friend told me about some service work she just had done at Inver Grove Ford and told me to go there. I made an appointment and was greeted by Bryan who was welcoming and made the experience less intimidating. Although he was not sure what the problem was, he assured me they would find out and call me with the details. In a few hours Bryan called me back with the news and thank goodness they were able to fix it the same day! Minimal down time for me (thanks to the courtesy shuttle) and to my surprise, the repair didn't break my wallet. I have since taken my car back in for new brakes and added snow tires to the car to get ready for winter. I really trust the whole crew at Inver Grove Ford. More

It's fun going to get my oil changed at Inver Grove Ford. The two guys in the quick lane have the same name...Erik. Great guys. They just tell me the truth which I like. I have been a customer since 2007. I've bought 2 cars and a truck. Always nice people and no pressure. That's nice. Inver Grove Ford Lincoln is a nice store and I'm not going anywhere else...don't need to. I recommend them. More

Great service department! I had a problem on my way to work and they took me in with out an appointment. They got me in and out quickly and I was on my way to work in no time. I was also surprised at the work and they took me in with out an appointment. They got me in and out quickly and I was on my way to work in no time. I was also surprised at the relatively low cost to repair.I would recommend Inver Grove Ford to anyone. More

I bought my vehicle from Inver Grove Ford a little less than a year ago. I have returned multiple times to receive service. I have always been happy with the way the employees have treated me and I have ne than a year ago. I have returned multiple times to receive service. I have always been happy with the way the employees have treated me and I have never felt like I might be taken advantage of which is great when going to a car dealership. I really appreciate how the service department always takes care of my needs quickly, and always keeps me informed. I also enjoy when I drive into the service lane someone always greets me immediately and gets the process stated quickly. More
