After my husband and I demanding them to buy back the truck or refund us or find some resolution both the managers, Tracey and Jesse scoffed in our faces, said there’s nothing they can do except have “unlimited” attempts to fix the transmission and they can have the truck for however long they wanted, Tracey repeatedly pointed his finger in our face, followed us out and told me to watch my mouth multiple times, told us to never come back and find another dealership etc.. insane behavior and wouldn’t recommend.
