Thorough, honest service I brought my Mazda CX-9 in for the airbag recall, and asked them to check an issue with the brakes. I feel that I was given honest advice, and was not advised to have unnecessary work done, which is huge. It’s great to be able to trust the service department! The issues were taken care of completely, I was issued a loaner car, so I was never without a car! And the car was returned to me sparkling!! Very grateful. More

Not only did she find one very quickly but clearly handled a very distraught customer (me) exceedingly well. She coordinated the repair with regular updates and came in on her day off to hand me the keys when the engine swap was completed. More
