I am sorry for your dissatisfaction with your recent service visit. Toyota requires all Toyota dealers to do a complimentary Multipoint Inspection on every vehicle that comes into the shop. We then provide the customer with the results and they decide what if any of the recommended work they choose to do. They have us do this because in the past, they have had dealers not do the inspections, and vehicles have left with safety concerns not identified, which later failed on the customers.
