My Review of Irvine Mazda/Olds/GMC:
Irvine GMC was one of the best dealers in the area. They always performed service for a reasonable cost, honest and did it right the first time. Even when they couldn't replicate the problem, they fixed it anyway and the problem went away. I have a mountain vacation home so certain things don't work well only at high altitude and on steep grades and they understood that. I can think of no other dealer in the area that was this good.

OK, here's the bad part, they lost their GMC franchise and I was forced to go elsewhere. Now I pay a lot more for service and the jury is still out as to if the dealer is good or not.

Rumor has it many of the techs went to work for Ray Fladeboe across the street in Irvine when they got the GMC franchise for the area.

My Review of Irvine Mazda/Olds/GMC:
Very poor service department. The first original Service manager was fired due to poor workmanship. Even the replacement has his faults, Bryan Mays. Bryan would promise to call me back when I had my car serviced, and I would never receive a call from him. I end up calling him back the day after he would promise to call. This has happened over 5 TIMES!!! That is totally unacceptable. On top of that, he would argue back at me even though I have brought my car in over 10 times within the first year of purchasing the brand new mazda 6. Instead of being sympathetic, he would basically say take it to another dealer in dealing with my problems. They basically could not duplicate the problems that I have experienced until they finally agreed to let a tech. sit in the car with me while I DUPLICATED the issue that they couldn't. And in trying to get them to exchange the car that I had problems with, they would basically tell me to take it to Mazda Corporate. Mazda Corporate ends up telling me to take it back to the dealership. It's an endless loop. As you can see, I am very, VERY DISAPPOINTED with their service. Stay away from this dealership becuase all they care about are sales! After that, your screwed.
