My husband drove over 6 hours after an agreed trade in and purchase price. We had insurance set up to start and the loan with a cashiers check for the purchase. They tried to bait and switch. Horrible customer service!!! How can you do this after the customer drove from out of state and took the day off from work! My husband was a general manager of a ford dealership previously. This is the worst and most unprofessional dealership we have ever dealt with. Do NOT do business here. We have never had a problem with any other purchase of a vehicle. He worked with James, Alexis and the Sales Manager Chase. They are clueless!!! Rude, lied to us and wasted our time and money. They are far from a good rated dealership!!! More

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING FROM HERE! This is as a warning for your own good as I went through the terrible experience. Was sadly a horrible experience. Unprofessional, untrustworthy, poo This is as a warning for your own good as I went through the terrible experience. Was sadly a horrible experience. Unprofessional, untrustworthy, poor service. MOST importantly illegal actions. Starting with the salesman, “Zachary Land”, he was very unprofessional, rude, and a complete fool. At one point he stormed off as we were ant his desk almost throwing a tantrum because I wasn’t using his finance system. I was sold a pickup that was in the dealerships, and Zachary lands words “serviced, maintenanced, and ready to be inspected.” It was very far from passing inspection, and sadly they got lucky that none of the issues were active on the test drive. Although the day after, I started hearing a clanking noise in the front of the truck, and at higher speeds the transmission had a very strong shutter, which I wasn’t able to access on the test drive due to the speed limits. I called them about this issue, where they told me they would have a staff member call me in 20 minutes. 2 hours later I hadn’t received a call. I called back again asking for a manager where they told me no manager was in. I finally got a staff member on the line after demanding for someone, where he said the earliest you can drop it off is Friday, which happened to be the day after my 3 day return policy… so I then brought it to a mechanic I know. The mechanic checked to trucks system with a code scanner, and turns out they deleted the banks on the trucks computer system where the codes for the known issues would pop up. They knowingly sold me a complete lemon of a truck. That is how they kept anything from coming up on the dashboard as an issue. Them knowing things were severely wrong with the truck is what made them delete the codes on the truck so I the buyer could not see anything showing up as a fault. When I showed up that same day in person to drop the truck off in their hands for good, you should’ve seen how the managers in the store!! Don’t deal through these guys, they are a total rip off, many good dealerships out there, but not this one. More

However when it came to my trade in allowance whoever looked at my car only valued it as worth an insulting $250.0 financing in a very timely manner. This I felt was very unjust and an insulting amount so I walked out without further discussion. My trade in was a 2008 nissan altima with 122k miles and the usual dents, dings, and scratches. My altima was just inspected 20 days ago at a reputable garage so there were no hidden or overlooked repairs needed. More
