Irwin's does a great job in sales and service. The only problem I have had so far is it seemed to take a little longer than it normally takes. I think they were running a little behind schedule. As their time is valuable, mine is as well so just a little dissapointed. It won't stop me from going there again. More
Customer Service: Everyone at the Irwin Zone went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed; Erik Faro spent extra time helping me choose the perfect car. Quality of Work: There were no issues with any of the paperwork. Even the wash job done on my Focus was great! Friendliness: I was greeted with a smile by everyone who walked by, and almost always by my first name. Everyone joked around with eachother and seemed to enjoy their work, which you don't see too much nowadays. Whenever I walk in their building, for whatever reason, they know me and make me feel welcome. Overall Experience: Whether it be the sales department or service department everyone was wonderful. The new building is nice and their car lots are clean. Price: My payments to lease an '08 Focus were under $200 which is where I needed to be. It is a great price, and this was before they started having all the sales and rebates! More
I found that Gene Meier was an appropriate salesman. What I mean by that is that he wasn't pushy and wanted us to get exactly what we wanted. He was helpful and all around personable guy.
