I needed a NH State Inspection sticker and was asked I'd they could help with anything else. I mentioned that there was a rattle that sounded like a heat shield. I had my 2019 Ford Edge serviced at Irwin Ford on December 11th. I have been leasing my cars there since the late 1980’s. The sales and service departments are dependable and trustworthy. My regular service appointment yesterday was completed in a timely fashion, and the service representative was cordial and professional. In addition, the waiting area had been rearranged to ensure the safety and social distancing protection for each customer. Thanks to Howard Cullen, from whom I lease my cars, I had signed up for the FordPass app which provided me with the benefit of not having to pay for my oil change, tire rotation, etc. More
