In addition, the waiting area had been rearranged to ensure the safety and social distancing protection for each customer. Thanks to Howard Cullen, from whom I lease my cars, I had signed up for the FordPass app which provided me with the benefit of not having to pay for my oil change, tire rotation, etc. More
