Island Subaru - Service Center

The small details I bring my Outback in to have all 4 breaks done. While I was driving home the steering wheel starts shaking once I go over 40 mph. I tell them I'l I bring my Outback in to have all 4 breaks done. While I was driving home the steering wheel starts shaking once I go over 40 mph. I tell them I'll bring it back the following weekend because I didn't want to pay the 15$ toll again. The following morning I'm driving and I hear a grinding. I call Island Subaru and the service guy actually hears the grinding through the phone. He said bring it right in. No problem. Before I leave my apartment, I look at the front wheel. It looked weird. I check the lug bolts, they were all a 1/2 on. Had I got on that bridge, that wheel would have come off. How do you let a car out of your garage without double checking the lug bolts. Careless from the word go. I would NEVER bring my car to this shop again. More
