When I went to make the appointment for a tire rotation on my new Bolt, Mr. John J. Knoerlein was quick to help me and provide me with warrantee information and made the appointment. As we all know is not at time the work they performed but how is performed, JBA did not disappoint me, and the day of service I again got Mr. Knoerlein to help me. I was expecting a long delay and to my surprised my car was finish before I was able to go thru my email. The waiting area was so clean and they provided some light snack and YEAH coffee. I will be a JBA customer for life. More

Honest Service Writer Took my 2019 Traverse in for an oil change and redeemed Gm Rewards for a $50 voucher for the service. Ben A. Was my service writer, but when my car was done, another service writer checked me out and didn’t know about the voucher and I forgot to check. When I got home, I realized the mistake, but before I could call, Ben called me to apologize and got me set up with a credit to my card. My sales consultant – Manny Olubodun – met me when I walked into the dealership and was with me every step of the way, working closely with me to arrive at a deal I was comfortable with. I found Manny to be very thorough, knowledgeable and personable, and more than willing to follow up with others when clarification was needed on something or when there was additional information he felt I would benefit from.
