JBA - SAFETY FIRST I bought a used truck from JBA and took it in for the 1st oil change. They took care of my trucks needs and then advised me about my front wheels whic I bought a used truck from JBA and took it in for the 1st oil change. They took care of my trucks needs and then advised me about my front wheels which were worn. They offered to work with me to get 2 new front tires, but advised they wouldn't rotate them without changing to new ones as it wouldn't be safe. They also suggested an alignment. I appreciated the concern they had with regards to educating me about safety when driving on worn out tires. They could've just done the bare essentials and sent me out the door, but they took the time to do more. I haven't had a bad experience yet with JBA. They've been a wonderful group of people to work with and I have no problem referring my friends to them. Thanks again JBA Service Department! More
So so experience I took my carcin for traction control issue. I did receive a loaner car for the day. I was told that someone would contact me when car was done. I dro I took my carcin for traction control issue. I did receive a loaner car for the day. I was told that someone would contact me when car was done. I dropped my car off at 7:30ish. Never received a call so I called about 5:00 to see what the status was and my vehicle was finished. I was on the list for a call. So paper work was not complete. They close at 6 and I work 45 min to an hour away. Had to keep the loaner the weekend. No big deal. On Monday I arrived early 7:30 to pick up my vehicle. Mind you I had my infant son with me as I had to hurry to work. Just my luck I get the rudest man ever. He asked what I was dropping off. I was dropping thr Chevy equanax back off. I explained that I was picking up my vehicle as i has the loaner. He must have woke up on the wrong side of bed. Because his response was "you should have told me that before I waisted the paper." I just looked at him with a very blank expression. He then asked for the key.i I tell him I have to get my stuff out first. I guess I really pissed him off cause he pushed the key back in my hand pretty hard. He get my paperwork to attempt to explain what was done to my car. He reads the paper and sayd my cylinder was miss firing. I was like excuse me. Im a bit confused. Thats not why I bought the car in. Then he says we'll Cindy can help you. She should be going over it with you any way. So more waiting. So had to wait for Cindy. She was very helpful. Not too bad of an experience but it set mood for my day. More
