Well my salesman was great, but the next day the check engine went on and I went to check it out and it was the catalyst converter bank 1 with Emissions status in the red . I can be ok with a check engine light ,I understand it's used vehicle with 80k miles on it and can understand that, but what I didn't like is I have a pretty high tech scan er being I work on cars for a living and it said the code has been cleared 3 times in the past and gave dates being the last clear the day the dealership got the car in being it was cleared with out it being even fixed or looked at. The least they could of done is throw some cleaner in the tank for it to see if it cleared or just replaced it or checked the 02 sensors . Whoever is working on their cars isn't doing a good job . That's why I won't use their warranty and oil changes from the worst oil change place there is Take 5 , not sure if the warranty covers the catalytic converter of it needs replaced but I'd be out $40 and out of a car with a mechanic that's not trusty working on the car and that's the best come out out of this . Very disappointed. More

The dealership looks simple and small, but they are great. Buying this car was the easiest and fastest I have ever experienced. They gave me a list of cars with their cost and monthly payment and were very open about everything. The final signing was done online and I got paper and an email copy of everything. They even checked in the day after to see how I liked my car so far. Their only flaw is the lack of vehicles on the lot. They said if I was looking for something very specific, they could likely get it in from another dealership around the country in a few days to a couple weeks. I would definitely recommend them. More

People are really nice, Omar was great when I went in to purchase my Jeep. Dont believe the lie it helps raise your credit, Ive had my Jeep 3 years and it has done nothing to help my scores. My truck with C purchase my Jeep. Dont believe the lie it helps raise your credit, Ive had my Jeep 3 years and it has done nothing to help my scores. My truck with Chrysler Capital raises my scores every month. Interest on the loan also has me paying more than 3x the value of my Jeep. If you're in a pinch and need a vehicle its easy to get one as they are easy to work with as far as downpayments go but not so much on trade in values, but they dont help your scores, interest is a killer and the video you have to watch before you sign the papers is ridiculously long. More

Worst service ever they had to it right replace my car for a different one because there joke of a service team couldn’t figure out the issue. Have had a leak issue with the replacement vehicle since the for a different one because there joke of a service team couldn’t figure out the issue. Have had a leak issue with the replacement vehicle since the time of getting it told over and over there is no leak took to 2 other service shops took back to Jackson with proof and given some lame excuse that it’s not really a leak other companies just want your money. Tell my driveway it’s not a leak!!! This place is an absolute joke there warranty only covers if you are truly stranded then they will take the time to fix and then they send it to the actual dealership to be fixed and of course the dealership won’t fix an issue on a cleared code so it’s a giant scam ! For you to pay 3x the value of the car with a made up warranty with a made up service department. And by made up I mean a bunch of clowns googling a diy repair to avoid having to fix anything! More
