There is a woman by the name of Thresea(finance manager) I believe. My mother passed away a little over a month ago. I was so depressed and worried sick due to reading awful reviews that JD BYRIDER doesn’t I believe. My mother passed away a little over a month ago. I was so depressed and worried sick due to reading awful reviews that JD BYRIDER doesn’t care about their customers or situations where you may be late on payments. I thought I’d have to choose between my car and burial expenses. Thresea showed so much sympathy and compassion! It still brings me to tears to this day. She worked a plan out with me immersion get me back on track. If all dealerships and financial institutions treated their customers in this manner, I believe businesses will flourish. I understand it’s a one time thing and can’t be abused but she treated me like a person at the end of the day. I truly appreciate and will never forget the kindness I was shown by this woman. Life happens and I can’t imagine worrying about my car being in repo status or lay my mother to rest. Thresea deserves a medal or at the very least teach other businesses and employees how to treat customers. Thank you so much JD, CNAC and Thresea. More
