Jack Chevrolet

I bought a brand new truck from Jack Chevrolet 3 years ago and I’ve had no good experiences with them. Recently I needed a warranty part fixed. They talked me into doing some extra maintenance which I had ago and I’ve had no good experiences with them. Recently I needed a warranty part fixed. They talked me into doing some extra maintenance which I had them do considering I have 57,000 miles and have had the truck for 3 years. They quoted me 1-2 weeks for repairs. Took them 4 weeks and $1100. Less than a month later my truck breaks down on the side of the road and I had it towed a different dealer. The work Jack Chevrolet had done was not done correctly causing me to be down a vehicle for a few more weeks and causing more parts to break along the way. More

Aaron is great, I prefer working with him anytime I need to go to Jack Service, last service my only complaint is tech left boot marks an dirt all over the door panel and dirt on the carpet drivers side.
