In March, I purchased a current-model-year 2026 Silverado 2500HD LT Trail Boss from this store with cash (VIN: 2GC4KNE77T1150307). Today, while exploring a lifestyle upgrade down the street at a local luxury dealership, that store's General Sales Manager reached out to Jack Chevrolet's desk to pull a standard regional wholesale baseline on my vehicle—which is an immaculate, factory Oshawa-built unit with exactly 2,038 original miles, an active dealer ceramic coating, and full factory winter packages. The moment their desk logged the outside dealer's inquiry, the managers weaponized their internal tracking system to aggressively intercept my private business. Instead of acting with integrity, their desk deliberately provided false, bottom-of-the-barrel valuation data to the luxury store. This fabricated information was shared for the sole purpose of sabotaging my active transaction, directly destroying my trade leverage, and halting a high-dollar luxury deal I was closing in real time. This underhanded collusion constitutes an actionable, bad-faith tortious interference with my private business affairs. To make matters worse, Giannis Malliaros then immediately text-messaged me to condescendingly say the truck was only worth $47,500 and told me to "go get 62k ASAP if you can find it," arrogantly assuming I lacked real-time market data. Demanding that a returning customer and Marine Corps veteran absorb a $20,735 loss in just 120 days is predatory. An hour after Giannis Malliaros told me to walk, Goodwin’s Volvo ran my VIN and immediately put a hard, verified $59,000 raw trade allowance on paper—completely validating my data and exposing Jack Chevrolet’s $47,500 quote as a fraudulent attempt to steal my equity. If their desk had operated with basic integrity and thrown out a competitive, professional wholesale bid, their store could have easily acquired this truck from the luxury dealer, parked a high-demand, turnkey winter-pack asset on their front row, and turned a massive retail and finance profit. Instead, their ego and deceptive practices permanently destroyed the customer relationship. I have permanently blocked Giannis, filed a formal complaint with their executive ownership team, and am taking my business entirely outside of their network. If you want to be treated with honesty, transparency, and basic respect for your military service - or you just don’t want to be taken advantage of & scammed, stay far away from Jack Chevrolet. More

I was very disappointed with jacks , It took 41/2 hours to do an oil change, tire rotation and a sticker, Then I had a bad vibration going down the road, came back the next day to have this taken care to do an oil change, tire rotation and a sticker, Then I had a bad vibration going down the road, came back the next day to have this taken care of and that took 21/2 hours and I still have a vibration !
