From Salesman Lamont Jones, who knew everything that was needed to know about the Audi Brand. Lamont is VERY knowledgeable about the Vehicle. Very good Salesman, takes his time with you to explain what is needed. Understands what the customer needs. My second Salesperson that I've had with Jack Daniels. Lamont is just as good as the others and well suited for the Audi Brand. Lamont Jones is a Very GOOD Salesperson. Dealing with Sales Manager Tim Mickens was a PLEASURE! We had to negotiate a little but very satisfying for BOTH Parties. Jack Daniels didn't lose anything hiring this Gentleman, Tim is VERY Friendly, HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY. You cant ask for anything else from a Dealership. Last but not least Farid (fuzz) he was outstanding, their is so many things on this New A 6 2019 that their NO way I could of set everything up. Not only was everything set up, i just have to talk to the car. GREAT TECHNOLOGY!! Without Fuzz i would be still setting up the car. GREAT JOB!! After several of my phone calls being avoided by Andy, I had finally spoke to the manager who assured me everything was in the mail as of a week ago and that I still had 10 days on my temp tag. Well my tag is expiring now and I had just spoke to the DMV saying everything was just received yesterday so it'd be 10 business days before I receive it. Needless to say I now have a $30k+ paperweight sitting in my driveway. Complete shady, lying and lazy dealership once the vehicle is off the lot. More
