EXCELLENT SERVICE I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO HAVE THEIR MERCEDES TO BE SERVICED HERE.
MR. RICKY POPE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. HE TOLD ME ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT TIME AND WHAT TIME MY MERCEDES WOULD BE READY. THE TIME HE STATED WAS VERY TRUE. MY CAR WAS SERVICED AND I WAS OUT THE DOOR. VERY HAPPY AND COMPLETLY SATISFIED. I WOULD STRONGLY RECCMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. MR CLINTON PERRY WHO RESIDES IN MONTGMERY AND HAS HIS MERCEDES SERVICE THEIR TOLD ME THEY HAVE TOP QUALITY SERVICE AND I WOULD BE VERY SATISFIED. KUDOS TO MR. CLINTON PERRY HE WAS SO TRUE. JACK INGRAM MERCEDES REALLY HAS IT GOING ON. TRULY 5 STAR RATING.

My Review of Jack Ingram Mercedes Benz:
The Ingram's are committed to their customers and their employees which is why they are probably the oldest continuesly franchaised M-B dealer in the United States. They prove it everyday. They don't just service the cars because they happen to sell them. Them sell them becasue because of how they service them. A salesperson may sell the first one but the service department sells the second and third ones. Ray Ingram is to be comended for his dedication to his employees, customers, and community.

My Review of Jack Ingram Mercedes Benz:
Just bought our second Mercedes from Jack Ingram because of their Service Department. We looked at several other makes; Lexus, BMW,VW,and Nissan. We chose to continue our relationship with Jack Ingram Mercedes Motors because of the great service department relation we established while operating our first Mercedes. I have a Chrysler, Nissan Pick-up truck, and Chevrolet Corvette. All these vehicles are dealer maintained. Jack Ingram Mercedes has the best service department [Angle, Chad, Mike, Tammy] by far. Their employees, are attentive, courteous, and responsible. They do what they promise to do and deliver when they say they will. They keep you advised on the status of your vehicle or of any parts that you may ordered. In short, it's a pleasure to deal with them, generally, under a non-pleasurable condition.

The Sales person, Mike Haigler, was professional, courteous and forthright.

Mr. Douglas Ingram provided courteous, professional and informative, financial assistance and made it a pleasurable closing of the deal.


The bottom line - your service department, et all, sold me this latest Mercedes. Please assure that they receive the recognition they deserve. Thank You, Mike Levanduski, a very satisfied customer.

Purchased a new 2012 Mercedes 350 Cabriolet. Sales rep, Bob Maynard, was exceptional - professional, courteous, informative and responsive to questions. The dealership was not only friendly, but very helpful in taking care of all our needs. The Jack Ingram team is a credit to Mercedes Benz. Overall, a great experience.
