My Review of Jack Key:
This review is on the Jack Key Motor Co. of Alamogordo, NM. I have tried to get service done here in the past. in 2003 I told service manager (Shawn) I would not be back. I tried again 05/07/07.same treatment..the "don't need your business treatment". lack of knowledge, rude, they must be very unhappy in their job; no time to talk, bothered by my presence. unfriendly. I have no problem at the Chevy & Ford place, they are friendly and want to satisfy my needs.(I have one of each).I will continue to take my Grand Cherokee and Wrangler to Ruidoso where they want my business and treat me like a valued customer.
