I knew what I wanted and what my price range was going in, but the Sales Reps ( Zach and Nick - a little) were knowledgeable and helpful to make sure I was getting what I wanted for features, value and reliability. I was downsizing so MPG was important but I also wanted a car that didn't feel like a mini, after driving an SUV for so long. Zach showed me one I had not considered and compared the two so I could think about it and make a better choice. When it came time to taking home the car, Kevin in the finance department was helpful and not pushy. All in all, they all gave me great service and weren't pushy or trying to rush me into anything. It was more about getting what I wanted and what would really work for me! I also like that if I had seen a car at another Prime Dealership they would get it for me, so I wouldn't haven't to explain my life story to another Sales Rep. More

Above and beyond service I’ve been servicing my 2016 VW Passat at a Prime in Saco for 3 years. They always do a great job and are fair about the service my car needs. Great first time buying experience! Yesterday I went to Prime Volkswagen as I was in the market for a new vehicle, and one that stood out to me was the 2019 Tiguan. I walked inside and w Yesterday I went to Prime Volkswagen as I was in the market for a new vehicle, and one that stood out to me was the 2019 Tiguan. I walked inside and was immediately greeted by Rich who introduced me to my salesperson Joe. Joe immediately made me feel at ease and was able to show me the differences between the S and SE models of the Tiguan. By paying attention to my wants and needs, he explained all of the features between the two models in a way that was easy for me to understand. After driving both vehicles, we decided the SE was the one I wanted. When we went back inside, both Joe and Rich were able to work with me to get a payment that I was comfortable with and were completely transparent throughout the entire process. I then did my paperwork with the Buisness Manager Kevin who was equally as kind and transperant as Joe and Rich- I was in and out of his office in less than 10 minutes. Being a busy Saturday, Joe had another customer show up and I was introduced to another salesperson, Nick, who was overwhelmingly kind and accommodating. He made sure my vehicle was cleaned in a timely manner, and kept me updated throughout the process despite being busy himself. Overall I couldn’t be more thankful that my first experience purchasing a brand new vehicle was as fast and easy as it was. I want to thank Rich, Joe, Kevin, and Nick for all of their assistance in leaving me overwhelmingly confident that I made the right decision- not only with Volkswagen but also remaining a loyal customer of Prime. I love my new car and am so happy to have made the choice to visit Prime Volkswagen in Saco!! More
