Tire valve replacement The. valve and sensor broke off due to corrosion and freezing temperature. The resulting flat happened 1/2 way between home and the dealership. The. valve and sensor broke off due to corrosion and freezing temperature. The resulting flat happened 1/2 way between home and the dealership. I called to the dealership and they said if I could get there they could help me. The service department was able to get to the car immediately. 45 minutes later it was ready including a wash and test drive to reset the replaced sensor properly. Prime turned a troubling experience into a manageable one. Great job all around. More
