I have endured a LOT of car buying experiences over the years. I've had sales managers try to talk me into trading my *completely paid off* vehicle for something "nice and new"; my sales resistance is epic years. I've had sales managers try to talk me into trading my *completely paid off* vehicle for something "nice and new"; my sales resistance is epic. Not even moved. Phillip, on the other hand, was a complete delight to work with. It was my wife's car purchase so I got to sit back and observe. My take on Philip was that he believes he was not going to be successful unless and until my wife got exactly what she wanted. He explained exceptionally well, in fact I complimented him on his approach in laying out options. He was very nice, an easy person to spend some hours with. Neither of us have any reservations about working with Philip in the future. Not that I look forward to another vehicle purchase, but I would look forward to working with him again. More

I really enjoyed work working with Mark Cox and I think he’s very knowledgeable. He was polite and not pushy and followed up and just the right way.
