They took the car back on time. Told me how long that it would take. Nick found me in the waiting area - almost on the button of when it was promised. Explained everything they did. I left with a clean car which is a really nice extra. Always a pleasure dealing with Jackson Acura. Nick is the service advisor we always use (we have another Acura that we purchased from Jackson). He is always pleasant and efficient. Makes getting a car serviced a little less of a chore. More
