Jones Ford Sweetwater, TN Quick Lane center. Took my F150 (51,000) actual miles in for the following. Service requested; service wanted/needed list was handed to service agent in writing. Took my F150 (51,000) actual miles in for the following. Service requested; service wanted/needed list was handed to service agent in writing. Main reason for service - Parasitic Drain. Draws 0.14A,=dead battery in 14-16 hrs. New Battery. Work order handed to service agent. 1.50K service and Inspection. First time F150 in a shop. 2.Engine Tune up. Really didn’t need it but since truck was in shop. 3.Rotation Noise under carriage, rotation nose like something rubbing against something? 4.Parasitic Drain. Battery goes dead in about 14-16 hours after parked. This was #1 service needed. 5.Inspect/check brakes, steering, rotate tires if needed. 6.Gasoline smell when leaving truck. Noted that parasitic drain was needed to be fixed. They installed a new $200 battery instead.I had them remove it and reinstall my 6 month old battery. Actual Service preformed, that I am aware of, Nothing but a $975.50 engine tune up. Jacky Jones Ford shows no time spent on 1-3-4-5-6 . I'm sure there wasn’t any free service time given. I explained up front that the parasitic drain was serious for me. #4 that was the reason I was there. More

Number one, Steve Croft did a major overhaul on my transmission. I haven't felt a transmission this strong since my 1976 Oldsmobile with a police special package when I was a deputy sheriff. Isiah C transmission. I haven't felt a transmission this strong since my 1976 Oldsmobile with a police special package when I was a deputy sheriff. Isiah Crowder did a complete rear axle replacement and changed all bearings and seals, setting the ring and pinion clearances to factory spec. Awesome job. Additionally, Cyrus Robinson installed a new cooling fan and sensor, and while under the hood, left it cleaner than when I dropped my Town Car off for the repairs. Steve Raper, the Service Manager, is certainly the best shop foreman I have ever delt with. Lastly, Bart Littleton, my service advisor, was excellent in all aspects of scheduling and coordinating the repairs with me. Highly recommend Jacky Jones Ford of Sweetwater's service department. More
