Do not take your Jaguar here for service. After having to call twice since the service "advisor" did not return the first call, I was shocked to discover that they have a 2 week wait for appo After having to call twice since the service "advisor" did not return the first call, I was shocked to discover that they have a 2 week wait for appointments for something as simple as a battery replacement if you want to wait for the car. Otherwise, you have to leave it for 2-3 days without a loaner vehicle. An appointment here requires 2 people to make 2 separate trips to change one 2-year old battery! I love my Jag but stay away from these guys for service. They just don't give a crap for Jaguar service since they no longer sell Jaguars. More
On 10/19/22 my 2018 Jaguar stalled and was towed to the Cary dealership, in which it was purchased from new in 2019. I was stranded over 100 miles from home and no loaner vehicles available til 11/02/22. I Cary dealership, in which it was purchased from new in 2019. On 10/24/22 I checked for any updates...what's wrong with my car, loaner available or estimated completion date. NO, NO, & NO ! Nothing has been done and they are trying to work me in between appointments. BTW, my car had to be towed to the nearest Jaguar dealership. Now, I got to wait for days just for someone to tell me "whats wrong with it". I never thought this type of treatment was associated with Jaguar. More

Quick and Easy I have had my vehicle a couple of months. I bought it from a different dealership and was not really told much about the features. I spoke to Mike in service and he said they had someone that could help. I contacted Brock and he was able to help me with all my questions. I didn't know I had gesture tailgate!! I love my F-PACE even more. More

Needed a refresher on car features I was preparing for an upcoming trip back to my hometown and wanted to make sure that I knew how to properly use the navigation system in my car. Excellent service Recently when our high mileage, domestic vehicle was in need of repair we contacted Marty since we had previously purchased a used vehicle from Jaguar Recently when our high mileage, domestic vehicle was in need of repair we contacted Marty since we had previously purchased a used vehicle from Jaguar Land Rover of Cary. Marty worked with us to find a convenient time for the repair and the Service Department secured the necessary parts. We found the service to be exemplary and fairly priced. Often, I have been the one to take our vehicle in for service/repair at JLR of Cary. As a woman, I am usually hesitant to be the person in attendance for fear that my lack of knowledge will equal an invoice that is unduly inflated. I have always felt welcome and appreciated while confidently comfortable that I am receiving high quality, fairly priced, necessary service and repair. We plan to continue to use JLR of Cary for future service and repairs with the hope of purchasing from them again when the time comes. More
